· Discussed homework (chart and number 7 in book) and wrapped up Icarus – read poem on pg 14 together and discussed.
· Greek Drama: Out of Ritual, pages 16-18 in textbook – Background on Greek drama (Annotate individually)
· Text coding simple observations with class – write others’ observations and your reaction. Discussed as a class important/interesting facts.
· Read Oedipus together (page 19-20 in textbook)/answer questions on worksheet. There will be a quiz on this story AND the drama background when I get back!
Homework: Finish Oedipus in textbook and worksheet
