Day 9 A – 9/20/10

·      Understanding Greek tragedy

·      Bellwork: Any questions on the readings. Discussed.

·      Discussed Prologue and Paragos and answer questions from reading guide, as well as Scene 1

·      Read Scene 2 with partners. When finished, groups were assigned a group of lines to present to the class in a modern way.

·      KEEP IN MIND: We'll have a quiz after scene 3 on everything up to this point – gods, creation myth, Greek background, Echo and Narcissus.
